Hi, I won a 6.1 Accuosound speaker system with rx-v361 yamaha receiver. This won't work together will it? - 6.1 receiver in 2009
I was told that the 6.1 speaker system is not working with the recipient rx.v361 5.1. Is that correct? I am not technically challenged.

This works well, may the surround speakers farther back ..... If you've never later became a receiver, 6.1-in speaker, which are now supported.
Basically, you connect only the 2 front, 1 center, 2 surrounds and subwoofer to the receiver.
