Establishment and monitoring of this process. He wanted to know the best way of achieving certification and what is the difference / s is available online or I go to the gym to test, / how much time and money is it?

Research. ASCM or Issa
NASM, ACSM, NSCA and the first three. The tests are more stringent for those three, but also more respected. I think we should all personally. Hope this helps out!
