For cold nights, I cut large plastic bags on one side and the bottom and the stick in the window frames. At night I use two blankets, the warmth of my body keeps me warm, now I could have only one partner and heat. With the heat and drink plenty of warm fluids like hot chocolate and peas or pea soup green.
